This showy evening primrose, is a sprawling perennial that will turn heads. Oenothera macrocarpa (Ozark Sundrops) is packed with very large, mildly fragrant, bright yellow flowers that rise atop a foliage of narrow lance-shaped leaves with conspicuous silvery midribs.
