Pandy’s Garden Center Hibiscus “Summer Carnival’ Rose Mallow

Unlike other variegated varieties, ‘Summer Carnival’ displays excellent vigor, has great flower coverage, and forms a beautifully shaped habit. 7″, dark magenta pink flowers cover the upright, rounded habit.
